Now that the plan views have been established we can turn our attention to the main sectional view that will complete the basic tool design (Figure 7.14).
This completes the step-by-step design for a basic component but the principles involved are very similar for all mould tools. This design is necessarily a subjective one and other designers may take a different approach.
